immediately to confirm the reservation. UNLESS OTHERWISE ADVISED, the

CANCELLATIONS
Because of our small size, remote location and short visitor season,
cancellations affect us significantly. A cancellation may leave us little
chance of filling the reserved space and we may have turned away larger
parties to hold your space. For these reasons, we uphold a strict
cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Travel
insurance products online can be found at
www.Travelex-Insurance.com,
www.travelguard.com,
www.travelinsured.com
and
www.accessamerica.com.
Written notice must be received in our office for a cancellation to be
valid. A reduction in persons, cabins or suites is considered a
cancellation. If cancellation occurs more than 90 days prior to the arrival
date, the fee is 25% of the total reservation cost. From 90 days to 60 days,
the fee is 50% of the total reservation cost. 59 days or less, the fee is
100% of the total reservation cost. Your funds, less $50 per person, will be
happily refunded if we are able to re-book the space. You are welcome to
send another party in your place.
